In July 2014 Svitlana Piskun, a wife of Ex-General Prosecutor Svyatoslav Piskun, was gifted 7 land plots of 0.99 ha each in Dmytrivka village not far from Kyiv. The name of grantor is unknown. As well Svitlana Piskun owns the 232 m2 estate in this village.
On air of TV program ‘Right for Power’ the member of Parliament Sergiy Leshchenko reported information about Piskun family’s immovable property at French coast. The estate is located near Cannes and belongs to ‘SCO Kuasars’ registered to Svyatoslav Piskun’s wife and daughter Tetyana Ivashchenko. Replying to Mr. Leshchenko’s statement Svytoslav Piskun claimed that his wife has been doing business for 25 years. Considering this it’s not clear why despite having ‘serious business’ Svitlana Piskun doesn’t purchase land but gets it as a gift.
Till 2009 7 ha of lands in Dmytrivka village were in use of the state enterprise ‘Kyiv Forestry’ with earmarking ‘forestry-based land’. In 2009 Kyiv State Regional Administration based on Kyiv-Svyatoshyn court decision, issued an order regarding change of land earmarking and its transfer to Ukrainian citizens with the same surname – Mykola, Anatoliy and Alla Grin’ as well as to Valentyna and Anantoliy Lan’ko. The latest two not only have similar surnames but are registered at the same address. Later the land was regifted untill Svitlana Piskun got it. In the court registry there is no data about land earmarking change. Still there is forest on three land plots.
