Local residents call Naberezhna Street in Muzychi village in Kyiv region the ‘Generals’ cottages’. Three Ukrainian military officials have realty here.
Anatoliy Lopata, ex-chairman of General Staff of Armed Forces of Ukraine, got a 419m2 land plot based on official decision of Muzychi village council in 2009.
Yuriy Prokofyev, ex-deputy chief of the National Security Council of Ukraine, purchased 419 m2 estate in July 2015.
According to inhabitants, Igor Smeshko, ex-head of the Security Service of Ukraine, head of ‘Honor and Power’ NGO and Petro Poroshenko’s external advisor, also has a house in this village. It is located between Anatoliy Lopata’s and Yuriy Prokofyev’s estates. However, no information about his house is available in the State Register of Property Rights to Immovable Property.
Furthermore, not only military officials have estates on Naberezhna Street. As well Sydorov family has two houses in Muzychi. Ivan Sydorov was a head of Solomyanskiy district state administration from 2010 till 2013. One of mentioned houses belongs to him since 2013 (soon after he left the post). His wife Lyubov Sydorova owns another one (497 m2). She got it in 2006 according to Muzychi village council’s official decision.
One more building on the same street belongs to Nadiya Polishchuk, Yuriy Polishuck’s wife. In 2014 Yuriy Polishchuk occupied the post of Senior Detective of the Department of the State Service on Combating Economic Crimes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
